Cumbre Group was born from a personal journey of resilience, professional reinvention, and a deep belief that organizations deserve more than one-size-fits-all solutions.

After years of serving communities, leading programs, strengthening operations, and navigating the realities of project-based work and underemployment, Founder Issac Caballero recognized a gap in the consulting landscape: organizations need trusted partners who understand both the complexity of their work and the people behind it. His experience balancing professional responsibilities with public service — including serving as a City-appointed Public Health Commissioner representing East Austin and contributing to nonprofit boards — reinforced the importance of practical, people-centered solutions that create meaningful, lasting impact.

Drawing on a career spanning healthcare, human services, workforce development, hospitality, and public service, Issac established Cumbre Group to bring experienced professionals together across disciplines. Our collaborative network includes human services and operations professionals, workforce development specialists, and individuals with hands-on experience in construction, demolition, small business, and organizational leadership. Together, we offer personalized consulting designed around each client's goals, challenges, resources, and community.

From strengthening organizational capacity and building effective systems to supporting small business startups, bookkeeping, workforce training, grant writing and reporting, community health initiatives, and project-based operations, Cumbre Group brings expertise, adaptability, and a human touch to every engagement.

Our founder's professional experience includes organizations such as The Walt Disney Company, Hilton, NYC Health + Hospitals, and federally qualified health centers, alongside years of developing programs and supporting underserved communities.
